Our Platform may use automated devices and applications operated by third parties, such as Google Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing Services, Astrological Data and Calculation Services, User Engagement Services which helps Astromaha deliver the services to you.
• Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing Services: These are used to deliver personalized content, facilitate conversational interactions, and generate relevant insights based on user input. These services may collect data related to user interactions to enhance their models and performance.
• Astrological Data and Calculation Services: These services allow us to provide detailed astrological charts, horoscopes, and insights by processing user-provided birth details. They may also store certain information to improve the accuracy and speed of their service.

SECTION 13- CALIFORNIA ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT
CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law’s reach stretches well beyond California to require a person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates Platforms collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals with whom it is being shared, and to comply with this policy.
According to CalOPPA we agree to the following:
• Users can visit our Platform anonymously.
• Once this privacy policy is created, we will add a link to it on our home page, or as a minimum on the first significant page after entering our Platform.
• Our Privacy Policy link includes the word ‘Privacy’, and can be easily be found on the page specified above.
SECTION 14- CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Information from our Platform about children under the age of 18. We request that persons under the age of 18 not use our Platform without supervision from a responsible adult. We will never request Personal Information from a child under the age of 18 without verifiable parental consent. If We become aware that a child under the age of 18 has sent Personal Information to us without prior parental consent, we will remove his or her Personal Information from our files.
